+ Meals with lot of fats....
+ Oily Food
+ Carbonated Water
+ Junk Food
+ etc
If u eat lot of foods above....so, NOW, you have to change it...
The best is nutritious food, that can make our SKIN, HAIR & BODY glowing naturally on the WEDDING DAY...
So, NOW ... how about UOLS change to...
+ EAT FRUITS & VEGIEs - try to find organic
+ Add Supplement - if needed
+ Facials - avoid treatment facials 2 weeks before wedding but the basic facial is ok
+ Spa for your BODY
+ AVOID STRESS or STRESS FREE
+ REMEMBER YOUR CREATOR
So, until now...may UOLS get great info...
